KUNDALINI YOGA
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga has a healing and transformative power that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Its effects are often felt quickly: the mind calms, the body becomes toned and relaxed, and we naturally enter a meditative state. Blockages on all levels are released, emotions are freed, and intuition and awareness develop.
A classical Kundalini Yoga class consists of three parts:
